What are Custom Molded Foot Orthotics?

Foot Orthotics are shoe inserts that are intended to correct an abnormal, or irregular walking pattern by altering the angles at which the foot strikes the ground. This correction helps bring joints back into proper alignment, which reduces strains on muscles therefore reducing stress on your body as a whole.
